need solution for kb210 not power on problem

hello friends,
i have lg gb210 mobile.the problem is not power on.so i full flash the mobile with z3x.but still mobile not power on.the motherboard pcb is too fresh.so i rehoot the motherboard also .but still not poweron .is any solution for me?thanks in advance.
